Alchemist

Alchemist...a wonderful novel written in Lucid and Artistic English by Paulo Coelho...its a story of Santiago... a shepherd from Andalusia...his father wanted him to become a Priest...but he wanted to travel...so with 3 ancient Spanish Gold coins in his kitty he leaves his home...in search of his destiny...

The novel elaborates how Santiago pursues his DREAM!!! It teaches so many lessons to a Day Dreamer like me...

While going through the Fable...i came across some Powerful or Practical Sentences.......

When someone sees the same people everyday, they wind up becoming a part of that person's life....And they want the person to change...If someone is not what other's want them to be, the others become angry...Everyone seems to have a clear idea of how other people should lead their lives, but none about his or her OWN!!!

Everyone believes the world's Greates lie...At a certain point in our lives...we lose control of whats happening to us and our lives become controlled by FATE!!!

Great TRUTH...Whoever you are or whatever it is that you do...when you really want something...its because that desire originated in the soul of the universe...Its your mission on EARTH!!!

When YOU want something...all the UNIVERSE conspires in helping you to achieve it...

I am like everyone else...I see the world in terms of what I would like to see happen...not what actualy does...

Making a decision is only the beginning of things...When someone makes a decision...he is really diving into a strong current that will carry him to places he had never dreamed of when he first made the DECISION!!!

The closer one gets to realizing its DESTINY...the more that destiny becomes his true reason for being...

People need not fear the unknown...if they are capable of achieving what they need and want...

We are afraid of losing what we have...whether its our life or our posessions and property...But this fear evaporates when we understand that our life stories and the history of the world were written by the Same HAND!!!
